I am training regularly now and I am consistently run/walking (mostly walking still) 4 miles. Last week, Richard suggested we go a little further and we set off around 7:00 PM. About 2 1/2 hours later and after darkness had settled in, we completed almost 10 miles! So now the bar is raised. I am counting on Richard to help me go farther and faster every week.

Every time I start to feel this is difficult, I think of Wally climbing out of bed everyday - no matter how bad he felt, and I thank God for what I can do. It keeps it all in perspective and this is the least I can do.
